The deformation measurement of the test machine is the measurement system of the displacement and deformation of the measuring material.

Deformation measurement system amplifier unit is one of the main part of the testing machine, its main function is to produce a weak signal amplification, after processing to the digital display table or computer, so as to put the sample on the deformation value record or display.

Because the deformation unit has the characteristics of single chip and few peripheral circuits, this system has the characteristics of high precision, good stability, small linear error and strong anti-interference ability. Reasonable design, good process layout makes the amplifier's stability excellent. It is combined with amplifier of the single chip computer unit, in the heart of the host, in charge of the whole amplifier range transform, data acquisition, data transmission, test methods selection and liquid crystal display (LCD), direct reading Numbers, can put these data through RS232 port output at the same time, through RS232 port can also accept orders of other devices. Due to the use of single-chip computer control, this unit has the function of automatic zeroing. When adjusting zero, it is only necessary to reset the whole process by pressing the reset button in the main interface, and the zero time is extremely short.

Deformation measurement technical parameters:

Deformation measurement parameters include measurement range, indication error, sensitivity and resolution.

The measuring range tester can measure the range between the minimum size and the maximum size of the material or component that the system can measure.

The difference between the measured value and the actual value of the measured value is called the indicator error of the measuring system of the test machine. The indication error is unavoidable, and its size is within a specified range or standard.

Deformation of sensitivity indicator measuring sensitivity is measured relative to the change of displacement rate, sensitivity is a sign of a physical instrument, measurement system sensitivity is fine, the higher the accuracy of measurement results.

The resolution of deformation measurement is the minimum precision of the measurement data of the photoelectric encoder. The larger the resolution, the more accurate the measurement results.

Principle of deformation measurement:

Strain is composed of elastic element extensometer and sticking of strain gauge on it, when the moving arm stress extensometer, elastic body deformation and make the paste on it change electric resistance strain gauge, the original balanced bridge balance output A voltage signal output is proportional to deformation, due to the output signal is extremely weak, extensometer must be enlarged to reach the required value, this work by entirely by A/D converter amplification and conversion, and then sent to the single chip computer for processing, for display in the form of direct reading, through RS232 transmitted to the computer, at the same time for data processing.
